Dan Friedlander, owner of local furniture retailer LIMN, is about to unveil his sleek boutique twist on the common hotel in the always on-the-verge-of-revitalization area of Del Paso Boulevard.

Designed by the modern furniture retailer, the 30-room The Greens Hotel will feature 26 standard rooms with suites and cottages, a large lap pool, wedding packages, corporate event accommodations and banquet services.

What we especially love about this hotel concept? It's clever goal of positioning itself as a destination location by partnering up with local businesses Article Salon & Spa, (Hi Tara & Andrew!)
