Iron Steaks Opens: She's a Meat Eater
Sometimes you just want some meat. And ladies we found the answer: Iron Steaks, a new steakhouse on 13th Street.
For the times you can’t bear another salad, this place serves it up just like you like it: light on the stuffiness, heavy on the family-style portions.
The Filet, the Ribeye, the New York or the Portorhouse – all served family style, or individually, on a cast iron platter.
And don’t try to fight the sides. The Pomme Frites and the beignets with honey butter made a great first impression, as did the no-corkage/no cake-age policies.
The decor is eclectic & simple: white walls, wood accents, floating ceilings and dim lighting (look to score a comfy booth seat along the West wall).
Because meat eaters leave more satisfied.
