MAYAHUEL Tequila Museo Opens: Worm Your Way In
You and a lime wedge in one corner, a bottle of cheap tequila in the other.
The final score: 0-Floor.
For a tequila encounter less abrasive, check out MAYAHUEL Tequila Museo, a sophisticated new tequila museum and lounge now open - just in time for Cinco de Mayo.
Outfitted with a modern-day Oaxacan vibe (think Day of the Dead artwork, exposed brick walls, lots of candlelight, and rustic furniture). The ample space, with more than 100 tequilas (all bound to lift your spirits), and a group-friendly policy make it ideal for both power lunches and nights out with the girls.
Order a few bocadillos (small bites) like stuffed tortillas or tostadas with guacamole and cactus, and don’t forget to save room for Mosaico de Flan de Chile Ancho (flan with pasillo peppers.)
Grab a staffer to help navigate through the expansive high-end tequila list or take it on the rocks with fresh juices like agave or watermelon.
At least now it’s a fair fight.
