Have you heard? Sacramento’s definition of hottest new sustainable restaurant, Grange Restaurant & Bar, is now open in downtown!
Offering a modern menu with Mediterranean, Italian, Spanish, Provencal, and North African influences, Grange showcases Executive Chef Michael Tuohy’s signature style of using fresh, local ingredients from small farms.
Complete with an urban, natural atmosphere and open kitchen, choose to dine in Grange’s main room, at the warmly lit bar, or interact with downtown and enjoy an outdoor setting in the 1,000 square-foot atrium. Privacy Please? Book the “Chef’s Table” or head upstairs for private and semi-private booth seating.
Taste Test? Enjoy an impressive list of speciality cocktails, fine wines, and a menu that changes daily. Get warmed at the bar with a Pomegranate cocktail made with herradura silver tequila, citrus and pomegranate juice. Wet your appetite with a plate of Marinated Local Beets with humboldt fog goat cheese and micro celery or sample The Marin Miyago oysters on the half shell with graverstein apple vinegar migonette. Main course? Try the Braised Short Ribs with gnocchi or the Papparadelle if you’re lucky enough to catch ‘em.
Grange Restaurant & Bar is now open at 926 J Street (adjacent to The Citizen Hotel) and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week!
