Shabu Fondue Opens: Take a Dip

shabu_fondueYour IKEA desk looks more like modern art. The word ‘manual’ makes you anxious.

Instructions not your thing? We’ll make this simple.

Yes, you basically cook your meal at Shabu Fondue, Sacramento’s only Japanese fondue restaurant; but it’s as easy as 1,2,3…4.

1. Swish: paper-thin slices of American Kobe beef, leg of lamb, chicken, seafood or veggies in one of four types of broth. Food is ready in seconds.

2. Dip: in ponzu or goma sauce.

3. Eat: combine with a variety of sides like napa cabbage, shiitake mushrooms, udon noodles and rice.

4. Repeat.

Healthy, delicious and way easy. Just how you like it.

Shabu Japanese Fondue; 1730 16th Street; (916) 444.6688
