Sutter Street Steakhouse Opens: Steak Your Claim
Captivating views of the American River, white tablecloths, leather-encased booths, and an impressive 1,000+ wine tower sure to make even the most seasoned wine connoisseur a bit insecure.
Just another stuffy steakhouse? Nah.
Sutter Street Steakhouse opens — challenging you to reconsider all those steakhouse stereotypes.
Set in charming historic Folsom, the steakhouse is big city class with small town prices ($25–$32 for a steak). Chef/Owner Brain Knadle is in the restaurant daily. Above-and-beyond customer service is the norm. And the frowning waiter? Just a photograph.
Sister restaurant to the 10-year-old 5th Street Steakhouse in Chico, Sutter Street Steakhouse, retains the antique red-brick appeal, with splashes of modern, courtesy of colorful glass lighting fixtures.
Menu standouts include the Rib Eye Steak and oysters. Wine, with expanding local representation, is the drink of choice.
You’re so over stuffy.
