The Tea-Length Trend: Skirt Around the Issue

You two have been through your ups and downs. And looking back it seems to be seasonal.

This fall try something new with your skirt - The Tea-Length.

Sometimes referred to as a midi or prairie, the tea-length’s hem hits a few inches above the ankle to right around mid-calf. Spotted on celebs like Carey Mulligan, Anne Hathaway and Scarlett Johansson, this season it’s a statement in leather, pleats and patterns.

How to wear:

1. Dress it up. Belt a black pleated tea-length and pair with an embellished tank and strappy sandals for fundraiser night out.

2. Play it down. Work a floral printed tea-length with an oversized sweater, crochet tights, and slouchy distressed boots for pumpkin patch picking chic.

3. Give it edge. Try a black leather tea-length with a tie-neck blouse, and pair with bright blue suede booties for happy hour to last call.

Hem and awe over it.
