Chocolate Cake with Brandy Soaked Cherries, Kirsch Mousse, Morello Cherry Curd, Bittersweet Chocolate Shavings encased in Bittersweet Chocolate Mousse and featuring Valrhona’s Manjari chocolate, a lovely 64% couverture from Madagascar. Orders require 48 hour advanced notice. 9″ dessert yule serves 12-15 for $48; individual size for $6.

What: Join Enchanted Images and Northern California Dance Conservatory for classic Santa portraits benefiting children in need. Bring a new, unwrapped toy (minimum value $20) and receive a complimentary 5 x 7 print of your little ones with the big man himself. What: Take a leisurely ride around The Fountains’ main street corridor in an exquisite clear panel enclosed Cinderella Carriage drawn by two elegant white draft horses. $4 per person; $20 for entire carriage (family rate). Tickets at guest services, last ticket sold 15 minutes before end of schedule. Rides run from December 2nd- 18th: every Friday 5-9pm & Saturday 4-8pm. Last chance Sunday, December 18th; 1-5pm.
